Follow-up bug fix release based on v0.10.1 re-test report.

Fixes

• ASCII progress bar — replaced Unicode block chars with #/- in training dashboard (Windows cp1252 safe)
• plotext fallback — catch UnicodeEncodeError in soup data stats, show fallback message instead of crash
• Auto-disable quantization on CPU — 4bit/8bit quantization auto-switches to none on CPU (bitsandbytes doesn't support CPU)
• Friendly CPU error messages — tensor size mismatch, dtype mismatch, bf16 requirement, torchvision incompatibility all get clear 2-line messages with fix suggestions
• diff dtype fix — torch_dtype= changed to dtype= (deprecation warning removed)
• torchvision check — soup doctor now checks torchvision/torch version compatibility

• 7 new tests (631 total)
• 12 files changed
• All 631 tests pass, ruff clean
