• [Windows] when calling periodicallyShow() the message when the UnsupportedError is thrown has been updated to say Windows devices cannot periodically show notifications instead. This has happened as a result of shifting the responsibility of reporting the UnsupportedError so it is done by flutter_local_notifications_windows instead of flutter_local_notifications
