Changed resampling parameters for A12 and later (not having a certain resampling bug) to reduce the computational cost of resampling and raise its quality a little.
Edit: Added some info about the effect framework and SBC HD. Changed the effective resampling frequency threshold from 44.1kHz to 48kHz to avoid intermodulation when resampling 44.1kHz to 44.1kHz (pass-through digital filtering).
