This release solves bugs and add improvements expecially for multiproxy users
- Add proxy instances folder to gitignore and clear after calling multiproxy function
- Chg ?? to if else to enhance compatibility with older powershells
- Simpler multiproxy info messages
- Updated setupproxy fn to comment out 'hostname:' lines when using a proxy solving incompatibility
- Leaving uncommented hostnames for utility apps (hybrid approach)
