v1.10.48 - Norway assault
The defence is a real fight now
- Every wave comes three ways: through the west roadblock, the east roadblock and out of the station door by the train, a few seconds apart. Waves are bigger and more of them can be on the field at once.
- The Axis assault the line. Attackers advance in short rushes from cover to cover, stop to fight from cover (crouching, firing, throwing grenades), then move again, with squad mates covering each other. Men still outside a roadblock come through the gate instead of hanging back. In the last third of the hold they push for the train platform.
- The blizzard is the worst of it: while the storm is up, waves come faster and bigger.
- The second MG halftrack now drives in from the east roadblock along the road until it's in view of the defensive line.
- Roof MG nests: two at every player count, the first on the concrete roof above the train platform.
- Your allied troopers move between cover posts facing the nearest enemy and fight from cover, with grenades.
Fixes
- Storage room weapons: pressing F (Use) on one now gives you the actual gun. It used to give you only its ammo.
