Core & Maintenance

• Eruda Cleanup: Removed Eruda console integration and injection in favor of DevTools (deprecated existing preference fields for backward compatibility).
• CSP Opt-out: Blank or * values for contentSecurityPolicy now act as an explicit opt-out, bypassing header injection.
