  • If you flash the Tiva for the first time or increase the coil number always check ALL settings. You should check it after each update, too. Just in case...

    • Not backwards compatible with any previous versions

Changes

  • Sysex Support! Full documentation as always in the wiki. The short version: Sysex commands are special commands in the MIDI standard that allow manufacturers to implement whatever they want. Hence they're great to configure any manufacturer or device specific stuff. This update brings exactly that: (almost) full configurability over Sysex. Note: While the fact that this is a beta release should be clear enough, I'll repeat it just in case: expect bugs. This Sysex stuff has many "moving parts"; there are literally hundreds of command variations and chances are quite high that some of them will under certain conditions not work as expected. If you find such a case, please let me know by creating an issue!
    • Sysex commands can be embedded in MIDI files
    • ... stored as separate file (usually .syx extension)
    • ... stored as human-readable text file using my Syfoh tool.
    • ... load all your stereo and ontime configurations automatically. Great for stage performances.
  • Some minor things under the hood have changed, too.
