- If you flash the Tiva for the first time or increase the coil number always check ALL settings. You should check it after each update, too. Just in case...
- Nextion firmware versions 3.0.1 or higher are not compatible with Tiva firmwares lower than v3.0.1.
- Nextion and Tiva firmware versions 3.1.0 or higher are not compatible with any previous version.
- Nextion and Tiva firmware versions 4.0.0 or higher are not compatible with any previous version.
- Nextion and Tiva firmware versions 4.1.0-beta.5 or higher are not compatible with any previous version.
New features
- Wiki "integrated" into the user interface. On the Help and Info page you can now enable a QR code that links to the Wiki article for the current page of the user interface. You can even get direct links to the section for specific components, however this does not work with all browsers. Apples mobile Safari browser f.ex. always shows the top of the page instead of jumping to the right section.
- Additionnal stereo mapping modes that should give better results with chords. The new modes 3, 4, 5 and 6 are described in the Wiki: Custom MIDI Commands: Stereo Mapping Modes. You may also want to read the according forum post.
- In theory the changes needed for the new stereo modes should have increased the efficiency a bit.
