• 移除无用实现
• 改进 NSudoStartService 函数的实现
• 使用 RapidJSON 替代 JSON for Modern C++ 以减小二进制大小

For English users, the changelog is:

• Fix a bug which can cause crash on Windows Vista and Server 2008. (Thanks to hydra79545.)
