Changes

• Reworked gameplay FOV hooks to use the SDK. This should fix some chocobo FOV shenanigans.
• Spanned background of map screen.
• Spanned background of Chadley's combat simulator.
• Spanned background of tutorial pop-ups.

Installation

• Download the file marked FF7RebirthFix_v0.0.8.zip from the "Assets" section below.
• Extract the contents of the release zip in to the the game folder.
  (e.g. "steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH" for Steam).

Steam Deck/Linux Additional Instructions

🚩You do not need to do this if you are using Windows!

• Open up the game properties in Steam and add WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" %command% to the launch options.

Known Issues (as of v0.0.8)

Ultrawide/narrower

• Some button prompts in QTE sequences may appear off-screen or move with the camera.
