Changes
- Fixed incorrect logging of sharpening strength.
- Fixed background audio setting applying too early.
- CheatManager is now spawned when the console is enabled. This allows the use of built-in "cheat" commands like "toggledebugcamera".
- Fixed movie letterbox cropping too much if your aspect ratio was wider than 1.78 but lower than 2.39.
- Disabled intro skip by default to address potential softlocking for some users. (You can still re-enable this setting) #11
- Changed method of skipping intro to try and mitigate potential softlocking. #11
- Fixed letterboxing transition effect when disabling cutscene letterboxing.
Installation
- Download the file marked
ClairObscurFix_v0.0.5_Steam.zip(Steam/Epic) orClairObscurFix_v0.0.5_Xbox.zip(Xbox) from the "Assets" section below. - Extract the contents of the release zip in to the the game folder.
Steam Deck/Linux Additional Instructions
🚩You do not need to do this if you are using Windows!
- Open up the game properties in Steam/Epic and add
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" %command%to the launch options.
