Changes
- Added support for removing letterboxing/pillarboxing from the few 16:9 scenes in the game. Note that the 4:3 sequences are untouched.
- Added option to adjust resolution checks. This may help if the game refused to use your desktop's resolution in borderless for example.
- Fixed resolution scale "bug". #61
- Changed location of current resolution hook to hopefully avoid any potential misreads.
- Changed method of uncapping framerate. This will apply to all 30fps scenes now, though as mentioned in #45 they won't appear smoother.
Installation
- Download the file marked
ClairObscurFix_v0.0.10_Steam.zip(Steam/Epic) orClairObscurFix_v0.0.10_Xbox.zip(Xbox) from the "Assets" section below. - Extract the contents of the release zip in to the the game folder.
Steam Deck/Linux Additional Instructions
🚩You do not need to do this if you are using Windows!
- Open up the game properties in Steam/Epic and add
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" %command%to the launch options.
