BadStick V1.3-Stable Public Release Candidate

• Added ABadAvatarHDD Support
• Fixed No Admin Causing Issues W/ Formatting Anyways (silly mistake lol)

I decided not to include ABadMemUnit due to from what I can gather very little people have use of it. However, if requested, I will implement such! :)

I am also still investigating the issues regarding WMI 13. I have reason to believe that this is being caused by WMI not supporting formats of Fat32 USB sticks bigger then (possibly) 500GB or larger. Please bear with me!
