Features and changes:
- Auto updates are now offered to the user before installation
- Large files are loaded much quicker than before
- You can enable prerelease features in the settings
- MacOS users now have the menu entries typical for macOS
- Windows and macOS users can now open H5P-files from the Windows Explorer or Finder by (double) clicking on them
- The privacy policy was translated into many languages to comply with GDPR
- Many translations were updated
- Added Arabic to language selection
Bug fixes in SCORM / HTML exports:
- We fixed a bug in which the Interactive Book didn’t work if the content inside it didn’t report a xAPI score
- We fixed a bug in which embedded files weren’t displayed in Drag & Drop when creating the export in Windows 10
- We fixed a bug in which the close icon wasn’t displayed in Image Hotspots
General bug fixes:
- We fixed a bug that made the Branching Scenario editor unusable if the user had previously opened the Branching Scenario editor in an older version
- The H5P core was updated, so the exported HTML and SCORM files now use jQuery 3.5.1 instead of the very outdated previous version
- Temporary files are not stored in the user’s profile folder anymore, which avoids issues for users who use an enterprise domain account in Windows 10, as the temporary files are not synced with the profile.
