Kuukiyomi v0.2.2

Notice

I have made the decision to separate the standard and the preview version of kuukiyomi. I made this decision to avoid confusion which version is the preview one and what is the most up to date version. And also due to update reasons. The in-app updater should work with newer releases now for the version you are using.
