A quick hot-fix for a few release wiggles.

- NEW: Added the native Greywolf Multifunction Dials, because it's a friggin awesome wheel and deserves all the love.
- FIX: Central Module was blinking the redline even when it was disabled. It is no longer blinking - when disabled.
- FIX: Companion UI Tweak, the Multifunction Dial tabs were overlapping some content, now they are not (overlapping some content).
- FIX: ARB values were not being displayed - fixed the friggin missing "?" in code. Now they work.
