What's New in This Version

Versioning

Beszel Companion now uses calendar-based versioning (YY.M.revision).

The previous semantic-style version numbers, such as 3.3.0, are replaced by date-based versions, starting with 26.9.1.

  • Redesigned chart widgets with current, average, and peak values
  • Added widget support for all compatible system chart types

  • Added searchable, categorized widget configuration to avoid an excessively long chart list
  • Added a System CPU demonstration chart to the widget gallery preview

  • Added persistent reordering of pinned Home screen charts
  • Added an optional fallback URL for each Hub, available under Advanced settings

Beszel 0.19 support

  • Added cumulative read and write statistics for system and additional disks
  • Updated SMART, alert, system, and storage models for the new Hub data
  • New functionality is only displayed when the connected Hub actually provides the corresponding metrics

Widgets

  • Hub connections can automatically use their configured fallback endpoint
  • Unified Home screen controls into native shared toolbar groups
  • Improved toolbar transitions between sections
  • Refined chart axes, offsets, ticks, grid lines, colors, and legends
  • Improved the presentation of system summaries and container information
  • Healthy containers no longer display a redundant “Running” status
  • Certificate and advanced connection options are now grouped under Advanced settings
  • Improved sensitive connection and notification data handling

Fixes

  • Improved SMART compatibility for NVMe drives and USB enclosures by correctly displaying attributes without ATA identifiers and decoding unsigned 64-bit SMART values
  • Fixed widget configuration compilation with Xcode 26.6 and Xcode Cloud
  • Fixed a loading state that could block access to Settings when a Hub was unreachable
  • Fixed several chart alignment, scale, tick, and grid-line issues
  • Fixed duplicated container status labels
  • Fixed the application icon for iOS 27
  • Fixed error-screen initialization when the monitoring store is unavailable
