1.20.1-pre1 - PS4 SDK version in the Info grid (pre-release).

- PS4 packages now show SDK in the main spec grid, decoded from param.sfo
(SDK_VER, or PUBTOOLINFO sdk_ver=...) as 4.50 / 5.05 / 9.00. - Backported PKGs are rebuilt with an older SDK, so the value is visible at
a glance instead of only inside Show all.
