Since there are almost no functions that require API >= 24, the minimum API has been set to 22. This release is for people with an API 22 device to help me debug issues. This release won't be published to the play store since there are some issues, particularly with SVG (follow issue #76 for updates), and the only changes from the previous release are some dependencies update. People who use Github release should update anyway.
I also won't be releasing debug apks anymore to avoid confusion for newcomers.
