Changed

• Apply the SIMD-0437 set_lamports_per_byte_to_* feature gates (and the SIMD-0438 reset) to the Rent sysvar, so the default feature set now yields 5080 lamports per byte like mainnet (#431).
• Raise the minimum supported Rust version from 1.89.0 to 1.97.1 and update dependency bounds for Agave 4.3 compatibility (#429).

Added

• TransactionMetadata::loaded_accounts_data_size: the loaded accounts data size the transaction was metered at, as SIMD-0186 counts it. Code that builds TransactionMetadata with a struct literal needs to set it. Persistence snapshots do not store it, so restored history reports 0 (#428).

Fixed

• Count the programdata of loader-v3 programs toward the loaded accounts data size, once per transaction, as Agave does (#428).
