Recommended maintenance upgrade
Note
op-node v1.19.5 → v1.19.6, op-reth v2.4.2 → v2.4.3. Upstream marks both required for World Chain and strongly recommended otherwise; for Lisk the reachable part is the deposit-transaction decoding hardening plus op-node's transitive Go security updates. Karst activations, the interop span-batch fix, AltDA and the sequencer-shutdown fix do not apply here. No env, peer, entrypoint or flag change, and op-node-lisk-sepolia.patch still applies unchanged.
