❗All existing full node operators must upgrade to this release prior upgrading to the future releases ❗
This release upgrades op-geth to v1.101411.8 and is a must for all the existing full node operators only. You should run the nodes on this version for a while before upgrading to the future releases.
When you run this release, on shut down the op-geth logs should output the following message and its buffer_layers argument. The buffer_layers value should be lower than 128. If that's the case, you can safely go on to upgrade to the future release.
