Upstream:

• 🚀 There is now a mobile client for Android/iOS (Implemented by @akshay9) (Link)
• 🚀 Read/write metadata from/to disk of favorites data (Implemented by @jmalm)
• 🚀 New setting for preview/thumbnail size
• ✨ Only use one instance of scanning of exiftool (Implemented by @jmalm)
• ✨ Removed spacy as dependency
• 🔨 Non-admin user can't change settings (Implemented by @jmalm)
• 🔨 Videos do not play for videos with special characters (Thanks to @matteodelabre for debugging)

New Issues:

• 🐛 The count in library shows more photos/people/days/faces (Link)
• 🐛 EXTRA string=is not a valid Windows path (Link)
• 🐛 In Social Graph table appended faces from all users (Link)
