Bug Fix

• Reply quote now visible in sent messages — when replying to a message, the quoted preview (role + text snippet) now appears inside the user's message bubble immediately after sending
• Reply quote restored from history — when loading a session, messages with reply_to_id now display the original quote block, reconstructed from message history

Previously, the reply context was only shown in the input preview bar before sending and disappeared once the message was sent.
