Fixes

• Windows: assets not loading — Microsoft Store Python sandboxes packages in a deep path that mangles Chinese filenames. Non-Linux platforms now copy bundled assets to ~/.trcc/assets/gui/ on first run
• Windows: wmi auto-install — moved from optional to main dependency with platform marker. Installs automatically on Windows via pip install trcc-linux
