Features

• WinUSB driver installer: Bundled trcc-usb.inf with all non-SCSI VID/PIDs (HID LCD, LED, Bulk, LY). Windows installer auto-installs via pnputil. Manual install: trcc setup-winusb (run as Administrator)

Fixes

• Windows: os.geteuid() crash — replaced all bare os.geteuid() calls with cross-platform _is_root() helper. Linux-only commands (setup-udev, setup-selinux, setup-polkit, install-desktop) now show friendly error on Windows instead of crashing
• Windows: hardware.py guard — _build_cmd() guarded against missing os.geteuid on Windows
