Fixes

• LED display not working in GUI — LEDHandler created LEDDevice without wiring get_protocol, so no USB data was ever sent to LED hardware. Device appeared connected in the GUI but the physical display stayed dark. CLI was unaffected. Broken since v7.0.6. (#61)
• trcc report now includes log tail — last 50 lines of ~/.trcc/trcc.log appended to report output, eliminating the need to ask users for it separately

New Device Support (from Windows TRCC v2.1.4)

• Korean locale (ko → h suffix)
• FBL 129 profile (480x480, alias for FBL 72)
• PM 63 → FBL 114 override (1600x720)
• LF25 LED device (PM=176, style 5)
• 85 new/updated GUI assets (Korean locale panels, sub-screen backgrounds, new device buttons, resolution previews)

4028 tests, ruff clean, pyright clean.
