LY Protocol Support (0416:5408 / 0416:5409)

New USB bulk handler for LY-type LCD devices, reverse-engineered from TRCC v2.1.2 USBLCDNEW.dll.

What's new

• LyDevice handler: handshake (2048-byte write + 512-byte read + validation), PM extraction (LY: 64+resp[20], LY1: 50+resp[36]), frame chunking (512-byte blocks, 16-byte headers, 4096-byte USB writes + ACK)
• Auto-detection: both PIDs registered in device detector — plug in and go
• LyProtocol: factory routing for CLI, GUI, and API
• 31 new tests (2439 total)

Supported devices

• VID 0x0416 PID 0x5408 (LY) — e.g. Peerless Vision
• VID 0x0416 PID 0x5409 (LY1)
