Added Use New Sensor Dashboard in settings. This allows users to disable the LibreHardwareMonitor issue.
As of 2.26.9.4, the default sensor dashboard will be the legacy style. You can use the new style by manually switching Use New Sensor Dashboard to on. This feature is intended to prevent anti-virus reports at the beginning.
Using the new sensor dashboard may cause some anti-virus programs to display a warning pop-up. For more information, see: LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor#984
Updated the NVAPIWrapper version to NVAPIWrapper. Which using the newest NVAPI from NVIDIA.

On AMD models, there may be an unknown power limit for the CPU of about 70W.
It has been reported that version 2.26.6.0 works normally. However, the power management code has not been modified in previous versions.
While Lock Window Size is toggled, the taskbar will be covered by LLT at fullscreen mode.
In non-dGPU mode, the dedicated graphics card may not be woken up by a process.
