Both apps now build the hero port with shared useAvailableAssetsByAction and useAccountHeroStatus hooks from the hero package.

The Reload button (Restart on mobile) only appears while a saved option differs from the current one, and applies every saved change at once: a renderer reload on desktop, an app restart on mobile. A search bar and an All / Switched filter narrow the list. resolveAppConfig now returns { config, session }: session is what it resolved the session from, which both stores pass to createAppConfigMiddleware with their reload. The middleware sets the new appConfig slice, saves the selectAppConfigOption and resetAppConfigSwitch actions to the storage and reloads on reloadAppConfig. ConfigStorage gains remove.

On Dev the values are text fields; a switch on Dev runs on its default option's values with its dev values on top, and a fixed value on its dev value. The schema of each value parses its dev value when the devtool saves it and again at boot, which ignores an invalid one. Dev values stay stored when another option is picked. Prod-default builds ignore Dev: they never offer it, never read the dev values, and ignore the selections holding dev without clearing them. The desktop build now defines CONFIG_PROFILE in every mode (prod outside development). resolveAppConfig now takes an AppConfigStorage (selections and devValues), resetAppConfigSwitch becomes resetAppConfigSelection, and selectAppConfigOption takes { id, selectionId }. Playwright and Detox runs can pass dev values with appConfigDevValues.

Tokens of a currency with a stored hash are restored whatever their age, and the hash is checked in the background: a changed hash evicts the token cache, and a failed check keeps the stored tokens and hash. Tokens of a currency with no stored hash keep the 24 h limit, because no check can find them stale.
restoreTokensToCache(dispatch, persistedData) is now synchronous and takes no ttl. filterExpiredTokens is removed.

A hung CAL no longer keeps token account sync (evm, cardano, celo…) or app loading waiting for ever: sync shows its error indicator instead. The sync hash requests (getTokensSyncHash, getTokenListHash) now go through the shared CAL base query, so they get the same timeout, cancellation and retries as the other CAL requests.

The commit header changed on every CAL deployment, so an update to any chain's tokens made every account of every network resync from scratch. A network the CAL lists no token for gets a fixed no-tokens hash.
The token cache is still validated against the commit (getTokensSyncHash endpoint), so a metadata-only token correction still evicts it.
Stored sync hashes were built from the commit, so each account resyncs from scratch once after this update.

A family opts in with the new BridgeApi.balanceListsEveryToken flag, which declares that getBalance lists every token the address holds without scanning its history. Solana is the only family that sets it.
