Smoother modals - Closing a modal no longer reloads the whole page. If nothing changed it simply closes; if you saved something, the page content refreshes in place and keeps your scroll position. Set LEAN_SOFT_RELOAD=false to restore the old full reload. (#3848, #1809, #2969)
Kanban column counts - Column counts are always visible instead of only on hover. (#3840)

Report numbers render correctly without the PHP intl extension, which is now included in the Docker images (#3838, #3843)
