Lawnchair 12 Alpha 4 introduces the following new features:
- Device Search on rooted Pixel devices with Android 12, which lets you find contacts, settings, and more via the App Drawer search bar
- an option to adjust the height of the rows in the App Drawer
- support for Lawnicons, an upcoming Lawnchair add-on that will add more Themed Icons
Additionally, this release resolves the following issues:
- Even if they were turned on, Themed Icons weren’t displayed when a non-adaptive icon pack was applied.
- Lawnchair could crash on being opened.
- Lawnchair could crash when you tried to drag an app onto the Home Screen.
- Lawnchair could crash when you tried to change the accent color.
- If the Google app wasn’t installed, the accent color wasn’t applied to the Dock search bar even when the appropriate setting was toggled on.
