- Audio languages are now visible in all table views (Movies, Series, Wanted Movies, Wanted Series)
- Audio language data is fetched via a new dedicated API endpoint

Redesigned the filter section across all table views with a sophisticated, modern UI:
- Filter toggle button with active filter count badge
- Collapsible filter panel with smooth slide animation
- Labeled filter controls with icons for each filter type:
- Include Audio Languages (multi-select)
- Exclude Audio Languages (multi-select)
- Missing Subtitle Language (single select, Wanted pages only)
- Active filter pills - color-coded removable badges showing each active filter
- Clear all button to reset all filters at once
- Enhanced search input with inline clear button
