Patch Notes: The Overworld loads its ground faster

Improved

• While you travel in the Overworld, the land ahead of you loads up to three times faster. Fast travel drops to 1x speed far less often, including on straight roads.
• While ground is still loading, the Overworld view may run at about 30 fps instead of 60. Once the land is built it goes back to normal.
