Patch Notes: Weir Key trade holds lifted, and old copies asked to update

Fixed

Characters whose trading was still frozen for a week ("The realm's law has held this character three times...") because of the Weir Key are unfrozen. A forged piece a character still carries still holds its trade until it is gone.
Other players no longer float in mid-air for players on an outdated copy of the game. An outdated copy (an old desktop app or a page left open since an update) is now asked to update before it joins the world online: reload the page, or download the latest desktop release.
