Patch Notes: Enchanting station's Reforge buttons

Fixes

At an enchanting station, Reforge with Essence no longer stacks its buttons on top of each other. Each line of a piece now has its own Reforge button in a list under the piece's name and price, and the name is readable again instead of wrapping one word per line.
The profession stations' short notes ("Needs 2 Arcane Essence; your Stores hold 1.", "Needs 2 Steel Ingot.", the Stores-full note) now span the row under the piece, instead of being squeezed into a narrow column.
