Patch Notes: Test hooks stay in test mode

Changes

• During normal play, the browser console no longer has a ready-made handle on your live character. That shortcut, and three other developer test hooks, now switch on only in the game's test mode, which online play never allows.

Unchanged

• The desktop app keeps View > Toggle Developer Tools, so you can still copy console lines into a bug report when we ask for them.
