Patch Notes: Field fixes - the stable, the mend, the kick, the cart
Your wagon stays at the stable
Sending your wagon or horse away from the Stable now keeps them there. They no longer reappear outside the next building or dungeon you enter, and mounting your horse no longer drops a stabled wagon behind you. Summon them to bring them back. A wagon or horse you never sent away is shown as With you on the Stable page and is left outside doors as before. If you sent yours away before this update, send it away once more.
Repairs Objects mends what you wear first
The Repairs Objects enchantment mends your worn gear first, then a worn Cast When Held or Item Deteriorates piece, and only then what you carry. Damaged loot in your pack no longer takes the repairs while the ring on your finger wears down. While such a piece is damaged it holds the repairs, so your pack waits.
Flying Kick from the air
Flying Kick can now be used while jumping, falling or stepping off a ledge. Every other leap and dash still needs solid ground. A kick near the ground no longer cancels the damage from a long fall.
A wagon parked outside the Wrothgarian zone keeps its cargo
If you die in the Wrothgarian Mountains while your wagon is parked outside the zone, or sent to the stable, nothing in it is lost. Its items and gold stay put. A wagon you drive, lead or park inside the zone still loses its cargo as before.
Patch Notes: Field bugs, October 15
Fixed
- Slaughterfish from crates. Searching a crate or chest in a dungeon no longer wakes Slaughterfish, Dreugh or Lamia on dry land.
- A duplicate player after a server restart. A player who reconnects now stands once. An old connection from before the restart, or a second tab, no longer leaves a frozen copy of them in town or in a dungeon.
- Market stalls full of people. In towns with market stalls (such as Penbrugh), the food, goods and animals at the stalls show as themselves again with the Morrowind people on, instead of crowds of bowed, turning figures.
- Bare feet in chain boots. Chain boots, gauntlets and pauldrons, including Legendary ones like The Wayrest Courier's Treads, now show on your Morrowind body (in iron) instead of bare skin.
- Stuck quest foes. A foe that appears inside a pillar is moved out beside it.
- Arrows from twigs. Using a twig makes 2 arrows again, as intended, so the workbench's 20 arrows from 4 twigs are worth their plank and ingot.
- Missing quest residences. If a quest's residence is in another player's home, its door now shows the quest's name, for example "The Hawkley Residence (Aldric's home)".
- Battle axes and war axes. With the Morrowind look, a Battle Axe (one-handed) now looks and swings like a one-handed axe, and a War Axe (two-handed) like a two-handed one.
- Boulder glint. A boulder's glint now sits on its stones, not in the air above them.
Changed
- Looted ingredients can be stored. Ingredients you looted, bought or were given now go into your Stores as "loose". You can craft with them at any station, but they can't be used for writs, your guild's Stores or market sales; only what you gathered can.
- One player per account in a place. If you log in to the same account a second time in the same area, the older connection is closed.
