Patch Notes: Smoother first seconds in the world

Performance

• The first seconds after entering the world stutter less. The horses' coats on the road's wagons are painted in under half the time, so the frame rate settles sooner. Every coat looks exactly as before. Thanks to joaomdb3.

What's Changed

• PERF-HIDE: the horses' coats dyed in under half the time (joaomdb3's #856) by @Lattymoy in #898
