Patch Notes: Cleaner pond and river banks

Water

• Inland water banks (ponds, moats, rivers, streams, town canals) no longer show flat blue blotches on the grass beside the water. The shore's painted water now sits under the riverbed, and the strip just past the water's edge reads as dark wet mud.
• Standing on a bank, you can no longer see under the water's surface. The water's edge now meets the ground instead of floating over a dip.
