Patch Notes: Choose the name you go by in game, and no titles in chat

Your name in game

Your profile card has a new Name in game choice in its Account section: Account name or Character name. With Character name, other players see the name of the character you are playing: over your head, in chat and in the online list.
The change shows within moments in every room you are in. You don't need to change area or sign in again.
If your character's name can't be shown online, other players see your account name instead, and the chat tells you why, once. This happens when the name is longer than 24 characters, uses accented letters or symbols, is caught by the name filter, looks like an email address, or is another player's username.
A letter sent from your friends list now reaches that friend even when they go by their character's name.
Answering a notice-board duel finds its author even when they go by their character's name.

Titles no longer appear in chat. Guild tags and glyphs still show after names, and your title still shows over your head and on your Inspect card.
