Patch Notes: Faster online menus

Server

• Most menus that talk to the server should load much faster: the Guild tab, the market, the notice board's Seat tab, letters, your account card and signing in. The account server had been running on the other side of the world from its database, so each request crossed the Pacific once for every database question it asked. It now runs next to the database.
• Joining the world, the chat's player list and the friends list should come up sooner after you sign in, because each connection waits on the account server for its pass.
