Patch Notes: Morrowind models keep their size

Fixes

• With Morrowind models on, other characters and horses no longer shrink when the camera is high above them, or grow back as it comes down. They stay the right size wherever the camera is.

What's Changed

• BODY-LEAN: Morrowind bodies and 3D horses keep their size from any camera position by @Lattymoy in #824
