Patch Notes: Faster gathering and market

Gathering

• A herb patch, vein, boulder or tree now goes the moment you finish working it, instead of waiting for the server to answer. If the server refuses the harvest, the node comes back.
• Your goods, XP and rank-ups arrive faster after each harvest.

Market

• The market loads noticeably faster, especially when switching views and after buying.
• A view you opened in the last minute shows straight away, without a "Reading the market..." flash.

What's Changed

• GATHER-SPEED + MARKET-SPEED: cut the account service's round trips; nodes go as the act ends by @Lattymoy in #804
