Patch Notes: Field fixes

Fixes

Tavern card tables no longer stand across doorways; they keep a walking lane clear.
Ghost and other flying companions no longer climb into the ceiling while following, and their health bar shows again.
Your PvP remains stay marked on the map if the game crashes or closes before you reach them.
Firefox for Android: tapping the screen no longer opens the pause menu.
The Stores page now lists looted, shop-bought or traded materials as "unstorable" and explains why they can't go in.
