Patch Notes: Card tables on phones, and a clearer gold buy-in

Fixed

• On a phone, tapping your own cards at a card table no longer stands you up and folds your hand. Dragging chips no longer turns your view.
• At the red (gold) table, if the realm can't take your stake, the panel now says why, beside the buy-in. Before, "Deal me in" seemed to do nothing.

What's Changed

• CARDS-TOUCH and CARDS-SAID: a phone's finger at the card table is the table's; a refused stake said on the panel by @Lattymoy in #720
