Patch Notes: Controller launcher and direct play

Controller support in the launcher

• The launcher can now be used with a controller: D-pad or left stick to move, A or Start to press, B to go back.

Launch straight into the game

• Add --play to the game's launch options (Playnite, Steam shortcuts, Big Picture) to skip the launcher and go straight into the game.
• Updates still arrive: you're told in-game, and they install when you quit.
• The launcher still opens when it needs to ask you something: on the first run, or if your Daggerfall folder can't be found.

What's Changed

• DA12: --play goes straight into the game; the launcher answers a controller by @Lattymoy in #693
