Patch Notes: Party members while concealed

You can now interact with your party members while they are under Chameleon, Shadow or Invisibility, and they can interact with you. The F menu and its plaque, trading, showing a page, spell gifting and the Nearby list all reach a concealed party mate.
Concealed players outside your party stay hidden from all of these, as before.
How concealed players are drawn has not changed. With Enhanced Combat Visuals off, a concealed party mate is still not drawn, but F reaches them where they stand.
