Patch Notes: Clear roads, and hoods against the sun
Trees
- Low Poly trees no longer hang over roads, tracks or town streets. Each tree is drawn no wider than the room it has from the nearest road, track or street. This includes the trees inside towns, farms and other locations, and the ones beside the paved ring round a town.
- Trees still stand exactly where they did. Only the drawn size of a tree that would overhang a path changes. A tree planted right on a path shrinks to a sapling.
- This follows the Clear roadsides option, which is on by default.
Hoods
- A raised hood now protects a character whose class has the Damage from Sunlight disadvantage. With the hood up they take no sun damage outdoors by day, can fast travel by day, and arrive in daylight rather than being held until dusk.
- Bare-headed, the sun works as before. The travel refusal now also says how to lift it: raise the hood of a cloak or robe.
- A hood carried in your pack, not worn, doesn't count.
Patch Notes: Steel armour back on the Morrowind body
Fixed
- Steel gauntlets no longer float above your head in a V. They stay on your forearms in first and third person and move with your arms.
- The Steel Cuirass's skirt plates sit around your hips again, not beside your left shoulder.
What's Changed
- MW-STEEL3: the steel plate's bind anchored in the skeleton's frame (gauntlets floating over the helm) by @Lattymoy in #676
- LPT-FIT + HOOD-CAREER: Low Poly trees keep their whole crown off roads and streets; a hood shields the career's Damage from Sunlight by @Lattymoy in #677
