Patch Notes: Notice Boards and vampire hoods

Notice Boards

• Towns have all their Notice Boards again. In towns with three or more boards, every board that isn't a Bounty Board opens the Notice Board, shows its "new" count, gets a mark on the town map and, in seat towns, flies a pennant.

Vampires

• A raised hood now shields a vampire from the sun. With the hood of a cloak or robe up, a vampire in daylight keeps the +20 to their stats instead of taking the daytime -20. Bare-headed, the -20 still applies in the sun.
